How do I place an order?

At Danielle Royal, we offer two convenient options for placing an order:

  1. Website: You can easily browse our collection and place an order directly on our website. Simply add the desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
  2. Virtual Appointment: If you prefer a more personalized shopping experience, you can schedule a virtual appointment with one of our product experts. During the appointment, our expert will guide you through our collection, answer any questions you may have, and assist you in placing your order.

How will I know when my order is confirmed?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Once your payment details have been approved, you will receive another email confirming your order. The confirmation process may take 1 - 3 business days.

For faster service, please check your email regularly for any correspondence from us. In some cases, we may need to verify additional information before confirming your order.

Can I request a custom size handbag?

Yes, you can request a custom size handbag. To do so, please email support@danielleroyal.com or call (404) 445-7007 to receive a free quote. Once your custom size handbag is approved, you will be required to pay a $250 nonrefundable deposit. Please note that custom size bags are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Am I able to cancel or make changes to my order?

Before your order has been confirmed, you may cancel it. To cancel your order, please call (404) 445-7007 or email support@danielleroyal.com for assistance.

Please keep in mind that all handbags are made to order. Once your order has been submitted and confirmed, we are unable to make changes, combine orders, or cancel the order.

Product Material and Color

What are the materials that bags are made out of?

One of the key materials we use in our bags is full grain vegetable tanned leather. This type of leather is known for its exceptional quality and durability. Vegetable tanned leather is a type of leather that has been tanned using natural materials. It is one of the oldest tanning methods and uses plant matter, such as tree bark, leaves, and other vegetation to tan the hides. This process not only enhances the strength of the leather but also gives it a unique and rich patina over time. Full grain leather is highly sought after for its natural beauty and ability to develop a beautiful aging process.

In addition to full grain leather, we also incorporate suede into our custom designs. Suede is a type of leather that has a soft and velvety texture. It is made from the underside of the animal hide, which is buffed to create a smooth and luxurious surface. Suede adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to our bags, making them truly stand out.

To complement the premium leather and suede, we use high-quality metal hardware in our bag designs. The metal hardware not only adds a touch of elegance but also ensures the durability and functionality of our bags. 


Where are your bags made?

 All of our bags are made right here in the United States, at the Danielle Royal Design Studio located in Stockbridge, Georgia.

Our design studio serves as the heart of our operations, where every bag is personally crafted by Danielle herself. As a product and industry expert, Danielle brings her years of experience and expertise to each and every bag she creates.

Product Colors

When it comes to colors, we have made every effort to accurately display the shades of our products. However, please note that the colors may appear slightly different on different monitors, tablets, and mobile devices. We strive to provide the most accurate representation of our products, but variations may occur due to individual screen settings.

How do I use Shop Pay to pay for my order?

Please note that payment is only debited from your card at the time your order is confirmed.

For security reasons, we do not store your payment information. Each transaction is processed securely and independently.

Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) encryption to keep your information safe and we do not store your credit card information. The information that we request is for processing purpose only. 


Please keep in mind: All of our handbags are custom made and made to order and have a processing time of 2 - 8 weeks. If material or hardware is not in stock, process may take up to 8 weeks. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).

How will my package be shipped?

 All bags are shipped via USPS and UPS. Signature is required.

We offer free shipping within the U.S.


When will my package arrive?

Shipping takes 2 - 5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information when your package has shipped.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived in 2 weeks, please call us immediately.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to post office boxes. We recommend you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be billing or corporate address.


We want you to be completely satisfied, so we accept returns within 14 days that are damaged, unused (original condition) and change of mind:

If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival. We will repair or replace your product free of charge.

*Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty*

Please contact us immediately at (404) 445-7007 or email support@danielleroyal.com along with your order number and photo of the faulty product. Item will not be accepted without original receipt and packaging. You are responsible for paying shipping cost for returning your product to us.

Change of mind: We want you to create a handbag you love. If you decide you don't love your handbag for any reason. We will take it back unused and in original condition.

Shipping cost for returning the product are non-refundable.
*Items will not be accepted after 14 days*


Does the same return / exchange policy apply for bags that have been made custom size are monogrammed?

Custom handbag sizes, personalized (monogrammed) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
