RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Guarantee
I want you to have a handbag you love. For hand-painted designs with custom colors, there is a 14-day return window as long as the handbag is unused and in its original condition. If you decide you don't love your handbag for any reason, please contact me at (678) 310-4888 or support@danielleroyal.com.
Final Sale Handbags
Handbags that have been made in a specific custom size or include monogramming are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and Faulty Items
If your handbag arrives damaged, I will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact me immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Note: Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
How to Return

Originality: Handbags will not be accepted without the original receipt and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use or alteration.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to officially post. If you still have not received it, please contact me at (678) 310-4888.
Exchanges
We only replace handbags if they are damaged or if you have a change of mind on a non-final-sale item. To initiate an exchange, please email support@danielleroyal.com.
